Afternoon, gunslingers!

We're dipping back into leather, this time we'll be looking at worn black leather - ideal for dusters, chaps and the like.

Stipple on a slightly watered down coat of Cryx Bane Base. Be as messy as you like but try and keep the recesses clear.

Add a spot of Jack Bone to the mix and repeat the process aiming for the raised areas and edges of the material.

Add more Jack Bone to the mix and concentrate this on the highest raised areas and edges.

Grab a fine brush and water your Jack Bone down 50/50 then add flecks and scratches all over the place. Run an edge highlight around holes and the extreme edges. Repeat this process with thinned down Thamar Black.

Mix up a 50/50 glaze (watered down 10-1) of Thamar Black and Umbral Umber and paint a thin layer over the whole area. Repeat this process three or four times, each time moving closer to the recesses.

Stipple/Drybrush Rucksack Tan towards the edges of the cloth.

Glaze down with your previous mix (Thamar/Umbral) and your done!
