Forces to the west are beginning to make themselves known this month as the Union are introduced to Armoured Clash.

Ready to deploy their military into battle, the Union utilise their steadfast troops to achieve glory in the name of the Federated States. Those who have sworn allegiance to the flag can kickstart their army with the Union Faction Battlegroup Starter Set, a set packed with patriotic troops, tanks, artillery, and a train, as well as all you need to start playing the game. For those wanting to see what the Union has to offer, the Union Introductory Set provides a great way to get a flavour of commanding a Union force.

The Union continue to make their move in the Dystopian Age with the launch of the Senator Battlefleet Set for Dystopian Wars. This fleet of long-ranged vessels is the perfect tool for the Union to expand their grasp, even transporting trains to achieve this goal.

These are due to be released at the end of November 2024.

Armoured Clash

A new faction for Armoured Clash makes an appearance this month. The Union harness the hardiness of the American spirit in the new Union Faction Battlegroup and Introductory Set.

Union Faction Battlegroup - Starter Set

The Union Faction Battlegroup Starter Set includes everything you need to start playing games of Armoured Clash, leading a valiant force of the Union of Federated States. Their adaptable and well-trained Federal Troopers are supported by specialist fire teams; small units of troopers that can be allocated for any occasion.

Whether carrying Rocket Pods, Gatling Guns or composed of UR-31E automata, this addition of firepower can be vital in the battle plans of a Union General.

Alongside this flexible infantry, there are also more focused units such as the Pacifier Heavy Troopers. These hardy individuals are veterans of battle, reassigned to more dangerous duties and kitted out with gear perfect for the storming of buildings and other close-range engagements.

A particularly aggressive general once had them lead an assault and embarked on a squadron of Lamplighter Flame Tanks. Since they proved so murderously effective, the standard blueprints for the Lamplighter now include weapon racks for the Pacifier Blaster. Truly a match made in hell.

Additionally, there are Rolling Thunder Tanks, Iron Horse Cavalry, and other devastating units, such as the Moab Thermobaric Mortar.

Seen in larger forces, the Lakota Heavy Rail hovers imposingly beside the Union force, a railless train that is capable of carrying scores of troopers in relative safety while laying down withering fire.

The Union are relatively new on the world stage, the Ore War stymieing their efforts until recently. The crucible of that vicious battle has forged them into an expansionist force, willing to do whatever it takes to carve out their piece of the world, no matter who stands in their way. Cries of Manifest Destiny ring out again as they attempt to impose their will on a world already governed by Great Powers. While others see them as pretenders to the throne of global rule, they see themselves as rightful heirs of a decadent and decrepit system.

The Midway Long Range Landing Ship allows boots on the ground to take almost any target while the Philadelphia Long Range Arc Cruiser brings the modern punch needed to decimate patrol fleets.
