Blood and iron enters the seas this October as the Imperium sees its introduction to the new edition of Dystopian Wars. The new Imperium Starter Set serves as an efficient way to build your fleet, whether you're a returning admiral or a new agent of the Kaiser, offering a highly customisable way to get many different build options of Cruisers, Frigates, and more. 

Following the announcement of the Commonwealth Starter Set, you will also be able to pick up the Commonwealth Frontline Squadrons in October to further your fleet. 

Finally, in Armoured Clash, the Empire are employing the might of the Samurai with the Empire Assault Regiment. Running headfirst into combat, these fearless forces are not to be underestimated and are a must-have for any Empire commander.

Dystopian Wars: Imperium Starter Set

This Starter Set allows Admirals to pledge their allegiance to the Kaiser, and dominate the seas in the name of the Imperium. A variety of cutting-edge vessels can be assembled from the contents of this box.

Blücher Cruisers are the most common warships in the Prussian fleet, armed to the teeth with Voltaic weaponry and designed to close to optimum range before unleashing a killing storm of voltaic force. Augustus Bombardment Cruisers utilise heavy mortars to engage foes at maximum range, whilst Reiter Flak Cruisers scan the skies for warplanes to shred with their deadly anti-aircraft cannons. Schaumburg Supply Cruisers dash between elements of the fleet, supplying and refitting allied warships and ensuring they are ready to face whatever threat the enemy presents.

Konrad Support Carriers send forth squadrons of Blitzen Bombers to wreak havoc from the skies, and Ferdinand Teutonic Command Cruisers dominate the battlefield with their multiple auto-targeting voltaic batteries. Volsung Cruisers, meanwhile, excel in close-range combat, avoiding enemy fire with their sheer speed and agility before delivering a killing blow with enormous Sturmbringers.

Supporting the main thrust come nimble Arminius Frigates and Sigimer Destroyers,  screening the task force from torpedo attacks and providing vital scout reports.

Dystopian Wars: Commonwealth Frontline Squadrons

Calamity, revolution and civil war have forged the Commonwealth into the stoic yet noble confederation.

Kutsov Cruisers, the workhorses of the Commonwealth, can be deployed in seemingly inexhaustible numbers. Their ablative armour, a hallmark of Commonwealth ship design, makes them extremely durable for a ship of the line, and they will invariably outlast enemy vessels of comparable class. 

Highly versatile Norilsk Heavy Cruisers, meanwhile, add heft and firepower to any White Navy fleet. Their sturdy frames serve as excellent platforms for mounting such devices as the dreaded Semyenov Assault Bore and the Cryo Generator, which can freeze enemy vessels and even the very sea itself. The Arkangel Command Cruiser serves as the beating heart of White Navy Battlefleets, whilst Oleg Monitors are ideal for shallow water operations and Sineus Fast Cruisers serve a vital role as scouts.

Despite their small size, Rurik Frigates are pugnacious defensive vessels, more than capable of punching above their weight when paired with larger warships. Should the White Navy need to go on the offensive, the Boyar Heavy Frigate can be relied upon to fill the air with deadly rockets..

Armoured Clash: Empire Assault Regiment

This Armoured Clash Regiment box bolsters your Empire force with the tempered steel and raging alchemical fire of the samurai temples. 

Ashigaru Companies form the resolute heart of these battlegroups, unleashing uncompromising long-range volleys in defence of their heavily armoured masters, the Bushi Ryu Samurai. These peerless warriors charge into the heart of the enemy in an unstoppable hurricane of blades, eviscerating any foes that dare challenge them. Similarly, demonic Oni Samurai throw themselves into the thick of combat, their crackling war clubs reducing enemy tanks to scrap metal with each thunderous swing.

Laohu Transports and gigantic Yaksha Super Heavy Transports roll ahead, weathering all manner of enemy firepower to deliver scores of troops directly into the fray, while Zhurong Heavy Incinerators coat the battlefield in alchemical fury, engulfing waves of infantry in white-hot flame.
